David P. Rosenzweig, DPM, is an exceptional board-certified podiatrist at the White Plains, New York, office of Formé Medical Center and Urgent Care. He has 30 years of experience treating patients in a private practice setting. 

Dr. Rosenzweig completed his undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, and a medical degree in podiatric medicine at New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. He finished up his medical training with foot surgery and sports medicine residencies at Medical Arts Center Hospital in New York City, with outside rotations at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, and Queens General Hospital Center in New York City.

Dr. Rosenzweig maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education. He’s a diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, International Society of Podiatric Laser Surgery, and American Podiatric Medical Association. 

Dr. Rosenzweig consults with numerous medical facilities in the New York City area. His hospital affiliations include White Plains Medical Center in White Plains, New York, and Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut.
